 Post subject: Clutch bearing carrier

After reading a few posts about the height of the bearing carriers I want to make sure I have the right height before putting it back together. I have a new throw out bearing that was supplied with the clutch will this be the right size? And I have two different 5 speeds one has L4 printed on it the other L6 what is the difference if there is one? And should I use one over the other?
